Donations and Refund Policy

Nordic Dawah collects funds mainly for conducting the activities which help to grow Islam especially in Nordic countries.  All donations go directly to the dawah project and will be used to buy books, pamphlets, banners, help for new muslims and much more! Your donation(s) might be spent on these tasks and objectives. The donation and refund strategy applies to any individual who makes an internet-based donation to Nordic Dawah. This donations and refund policy applies to anyone who makes an online donation to Nordic Dawah. As your donation is being made online without our assistance or involvement, we ask that you complete your details and the amount of your donation carefully, as it involves a substantial amount of administrative time to deal with and rectify any errors.

 In Short: Though donations are non-refundable, in some cases it might be refunded, which have been described here.

Error in Amount Input

Nordic Dawah conducts several types of donation projects in different pages, In most cases, the amount is pre-defined by our system. In some cases, user has options to add custom amount for the donation. If user input wrong amount and made the donation which they might not determine, in such cases, refund might be processed with some verification. Users are requested to send their name, date of donation, URL used for the donation, the amount of donation, and send us a refund request using our contact from (https://nordicdawah.com/contact/). 

Nordic Dawah's Technical Faults

We want to assure that if any errors are made from Nordic Dawah in donation process, such as, deduction wrong amount. In such cases, the extra amount is refundable. We suggest our respected donors to send us a message using contact form.

Changes of Mind in Donation

We believe that changes can happen. For one time donation, amount is not refunded because we encourage our donors to make donation carefully. And, for recurring payment, if any changes happen in decision, subscription can be cancelled immediately but the donated amount is not refundable.
